It features an AMD Ryzen V1780B quad-core processor, 8GB DDR4 ECC memory, and supports eight 3.5" SATA HDDs or 2.5" SATA SSDs.

Powered by Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM), the DS1823xs+ provides advanced solutions for centralized file storage, data backup, synchronization, collaboration, virtualization, and private cloud applications. It supports Synology Hybrid RAID (SHR), RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 6, RAID 10, JBOD, and Basic configurations.
